Benefits & Module Description
The CleverReach connection for Shopware 6 Cloud makes sending emails to your store customers and newsletter subscribers even easier. With the Shopware 6 Cloud newsletter plugin from CleverReach, our email marketing tool is directly connected to your Shopware online store. As soon as this is done, all important data will be automatically updated and added bi-directionally - in other words, the data will be synchronized in both directions. Newsletter subscriptions and unsubscribes are transferred from CleverReach to Shopware, and activities such as purchases in Shopware 6 Cloud are transferred to CleverReach.
Transfer of Customer Data for Targeted Email Marketing
As part of the CleverReach installation (more on this below), information from your store is transferred to a recipient list with data fields, segments and tags. A new recipient list is created for new customers, and existing customers can choose to have their store data transferred to a new or existing list. Then use your recipients' data and tags to send personalized emails with offers they are really interested in. You get more opens, more clicks, and more conversions - all automatically thanks to email automation!
The blocklist feature allows you to block unwanted or problematic recipients before importing email lists into CleverReach. This keeps your list free of invalid dummy addresses or email addresses generated by marketplaces such as eBay. All entries in the blocklist will be automatically ignored or deleted during import and mailing - and your recipient list will be spared.
Please note: Collect all your data in compliance with the GDPR!
This Shopware 6 Cloud data of your newsletter recipients can be transferred:
Data fields: At least two data fields are created by default: Email Address and Store Name
- In addition, you can customize other data fields in the recipient record, such as
- Newsletter subscriptions and unsubscribes (recipients get the newsletter status "yes" or "no")
- Recipient details such as salutation (gender), title, first and last name, address details, age, date of birth….
- Order details: last order date, last order name, number of orders
- Purchase details: Products, product name and item number: last order number, currency, (total) turnover
- Product details of your Shopware 6 Cloud items such as image, text, price, size, materials...
- Tags with attribute "Special Tag“ are transferred from Shopware to CleverReach.
- Produkt Tags from Shopware such as product category, brand, color, etc can be transferred to a recipient's data set in CleverReach. It is required to select "order data" for the synchronization. These tags can be filtered via a segment - for personalized newsletter offers.
Browse our Help Center for detailed instructions on special tags: "Special Tags and Tag-Based Email Creation Process in Our Integrations “.
Use Recipient Data for Your Email Marketing
For example, you may want to send special offers to your best customers. To filter out these regular customers, you could use the "Number of Orders" or "Total Orders Spent" field and write specifically to customers who have either placed more than 50 orders or spent more than $1,000 in your store.
The Last Order Date data field can be stored in the recipient record - and again, used for email marketing automation to reactivate buyers.
This is your key to simply more sales: your customers buy more and more often - simply more profit.
