Is there a setup fee?
No! You can simply sign up for free and get started with the free rate!
How long is the contract period?
The contract term depends on the selected pricing model.
Monthly plans: These have a term of one month from the booking date, and they are automatically extended by a further month if they are not canceled beforehand.
Annual plans: These have a one-year term and are automatically extended by another year if they are not terminated at least one month before expiration.
Prepaid plan: There is no fixed contract term. You purchase a one-time email quota and can send emails flexibly within that limit.

How is the Essential calculated?
The Essential plan is calculated based on the total number of active recipients within the lists of an account. Bounces and unsubscribes are not included in the calculation.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can easily cancel your price plan at any time in the settings. The conditions vary depending on the pricing model:
Monthly plans: You can cancel these plans at any time at the end of the current term. The term is one month from the day of booking, not from the start of the calendar month. If you don't cancel, the plan will automatically be extended by one more month.
Annual plans: Can also be terminated at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term if made at least one month before expiration; otherwise, the plan is automatically extended for an additional year.
Prepaid plan (one-time): No need to cancel. There is no automatic renewal or ongoing contract commitment.
You have the option of leaving us feedback about why you're canceling your plan during the cancellation process. This helps us improve CleverReach.
Do I have to enter my payment details when registering?
No. You can also sign up without entering your payment details and get started with CleverReach for free. Only if you choose a paid plan in your account, we need your payment data.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
We support nonprofits with a discount. Contact our support right away for further information.
