Is there a setup fee?

No! You can simply sign up for free and get started with the free rate!

How long is the contract duration?

Monthly plans are automatically extended by one month and can be changed or cancelled monthly. In the Flex plan, you remain completely flexible and can cancel at any time.

How is the Essential calculated?

The Essential plan is calculated based on the total number of active recipients within the lists of an account. Bounces and unsubscribes are not included in the calculation.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. You can easily cancel your price plan in the settings. Optionally, you can leave a reason for unsubscribing as a feedback.

Do I have to enter my payment details when registering?

No. You can also sign up without entering your payment details and get started with CleverReach for free. Only if you choose a paid plan in your account, we need your payment data.

We support nonprofits with a discount. Contact our support right away for further information.
