CleverReach was at OMR 2026 as both an exhibitor and a speaker on the Purple Stage.
As an exhibitor at OMR 2026, CleverReach can look back on two eventful days. For us, these days were all about one thing above all else: Personal. The trade fair once again proved that direct exchange is irreplaceable. As the CleverReach team, we enjoyed the opportunity to meet with you and discuss our successes, current challenges, and the future of email marketing.
A Space for People to Exchange Ideas in Email Marketing
This year, our stand was a lively meeting place where people discussed efficient customer retention, secure communication, and digital sales promotion through email marketing. The great response and the many visitors to our booth proved once again that email marketing is still relevant. In fact, unpredictable social media algorithms and decreasing visibility due to AI overviews and ChatGPT make email marketing more relevant than ever in 2026.
We were delighted to welcome so many long-standing customers in person and discuss their next steps in email marketing.
During numerous live product demonstrations, we showed how CleverReach can radically simplify email marketing processes without sacrificing important features. In particular, the focus on efficiency and GDPR compliance was met with great interest by the many interested parties who were looking for a reliable email marketing tool “Made in Germany”.

Networking at the “Email Marketing Coffee”
One of the highlights away from the trade fair stand was our “Email Marketing Coffee.” At this exclusive networking event, we brought email marketers together. In a relaxed atmosphere, valuable discussions took place about the current challenges and trends in the industry. The intensive exchange between experts demonstrated the importance of a strong community for growing and learning together.
Live on the OMR Purple Stage: Internal Newsletters for Greater Employee Loyalty
A professional milestone was the presentation by Sabine Kowalski, Marketing Manager at CleverReach, at the OMR Purple Stage on the topic of “Inbox with heart: How to build internal newsletters that your team celebrates“. In it, we showed that email marketing doesn’t stop at your own company door.

In hybrid working models, targeted internal information for employees is a relevant success factor. Our approach of moving away from dry informational emails and toward an emotional, measurable communication channel met with such a positive response that it confirms we are on the right track. Regardless of whether the communication is sent to customers or your own team, it must be relevant.
