Easily create your next template from a newsletter: CleverReach makes it easy to save an email you've created as a template for future mailings. To do this, go to the "Emails" menu item in your account and select the newsletter in your drafts that you want to save as a template. On the right side of the email's drop-down menu, you'll find the "Save as Template" option. You can then rename your template and save it under the "Templates" tab in "My Templates".

Saving self-designed emails as templates saves you time and equips you for any communication occasion. For example, you can easily recycle a themed Christmas mailing in the following year, or prepare different email templates for your WooCommerce sales.

Tip: You can also save newsletters that have already been sent as templates. To do so, simply go to "Reports and Analyses" and proceed as described above. You already have your own template? Then simply upload it in the CleverReach backend to edit it.
