Regardless of which plan you decide to choose, we don't charge any set up fees, do not require a minimum turnover, and the contract period is a maximum of one month in monthly plans.

Monthly plans automatically prolong themselves for a month long and can be switched and unsubscribed monthly. For example you can unsubscribe a plan and still reorder it after a few months. You will not have to pay any fees during this break and all of your data will still have been saved. Unused volume or contingent will not be transferred over to the next month in high volume plans.

In case you have used up your plan's email dispatch limit but still want to send more emails, you have the option to purchase extra email volume according to the prepaid plan conditions or you can immediately switch to a higher monthly plan.

Objections against any delivery or service invoices are to be written and sent to our bookkeeping within 14 days after the date stated on the invoice. After this deadline the dues or payments will be confirmed as valid. In case of a refund, in which CleverReach has no fault, we will charge a fee of 8 EUR for the costs incurred. Regardless of this, we have the right to interrupt or stop our services until the compensation of our claim has been met.
