Receiver groups

Create as many receiver groups as needed, in order to administer and maintain your data effectively. You can distribute your receivers on different lists and use different data fields independently. You can make various settings for all groups, segment certain receivers, and configure cancellation information and much more.

Import

Import & Export

You can easily and quickly import your receiver data manually in the .CSV or .TXT file format. Duplicates or incorrect addresses are filtered out automatically. Data can also be added or updated by "Copy & Paste" or automatically at a scheduled time by URL specification or by ftp. You can re-export your data at any time.

A series of interfaces allows a direct link to online shops or CMS systems. Receiver data are automatically transferred to your account without any manual effort. It is possible to connect any system via our global XML interface. You can find instructions as well as examples in your account.

The growth of your receiver groups is extremely important. Each group contains a growth overview, in order to retain an overview of the daily registrations and cancellations.

Segments

Segment your receivers in groups according to specific criteria. You have the possibility of filtering for arbitrary receiver information, can save this selection as a segment and send a campaign exclusively to this target group. For example, create a segment with all receivers, who have their birthday on the current date. Or filter for all receivers, who have bought a certain product in your online shop.

Registration forms

Registration forms

Create a newsletter registration form for your web page in two minutes. The design can be adapted individually. Specify which data you would like to query (e.g. address, last name, etc.). Our forms work exclusively with the reliable Double-Opt-In procedure.


Blacklist

The blacklist allows you to exclude specific receivers from mailings. You have the possibility of managing an account-related and group-related blacklist.

Zusatzfelder

Apart from the conventional fields, such as e.g. e-mail, first name or last name, you also have the possibility to create custom data fields. The number of fields per group is not limited.

Bounce management

Manage undeliverable e-mail addresses with the bounce management system. A click allows you to identify, export and delete bounces of your receiver groups.
